HYDERABAD July 13: A large number of kiln workers staged a demonstration on Thursday in protest at registration of a case against their colleague Rano Bheel.
They said that not a single kiln was registered in Hyderabad (rural) taluka. Led by Dr Hyder, Ghulam Hussain, Sawan Chang and Humera Junejo, they gathered in front of the local press club.
The protesters said kiln owners had started threatening workers of dire consequences in the wake of their struggle.
