Five looters arrested

DADU, July 12: Five armed men were arrested after a brief encounter when they were busy looting passengers near Thermal Power House, Jamshoro on Wednesday morning, police said.

Police recovered two TT pistols, a shotgun, an axe and 15 bullets from the looters who were identified as Abbas Magsi, Sain Bux Magsi, Amir Bux Brohi, Ghulam Hussain Magsi and Arbab Khoso, said Jamshoro DPO Farid Jan Sarhandi.

He claimed that the accused were involved in several robberies on Super Highway and Indus Highway.
