Budget to be ‘in line with’ people’s expectations: CM Bugti

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti said on Monday that the upcoming provincial budget for the fiscal year 2026-27 was being prepared in line with the expectations of the people, development requirements and future needs of Balochistan.

He made these remarks in a meeting at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, where parliamentary leaders of allied parties converged to hold detailed consultations on the upcoming budget, development priorities, public welfare projects, and overall political situation in the province.

During the meeting, it was agreed that the next provincial budget would be formulated taking into account public needs.
