ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of National Food Security has decided to supply wheat to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ordered the ministry to ensure supply through the Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation.
Federal Minister for Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain said the move was aimed at protecting the people of KP from the effects of inflation. He said instructions have been issued to ensure immediate and effective wheat supply through Passco.
