RAWALPINDI: The City School Bahria Chapter phase 7 has introduced a dynamic and engaging Summer Camp designed for children from the wider community.
The initiative reflects the school’s vision of extending learning beyond classroom boundaries and creating meaningful, skill-based educational experiences in a joyful and relaxed environment.
The Summer Camp aims to provide students with a refreshing break from routine academics while ensuring continuous intellectual and personal growth.
A variety of carefully curated activities have been included to promote creativity, confidence, communication, and physical well-being.
Students are actively participating in Zumba sessions that help them relax, stay energized, and develop a healthy lifestyle through movement and rhythm. In addition, an exciting introduction to the Russian language is enabling learners to pick up basic conversational skills in a fun and interactive way, broadening their global exposure at an early age.
One of the highlights of the camp is the online interactive talk sessions with international authors, offering students a rare opportunity to engage with experienced writers, explore the world of storytelling, and gain insights into the art of writing books.
The camp also places strong emphasis on artistic and dramatic expression. Students are being introduced to Shakespearean drama in an age-appropriate and engaging manner, where they are learning to understand characters, emotions, and storytelling through enactments and role play.
These activities are helping build confidence, teamwork, and public speaking skills. Through this Summer Camp, the school continues its commitment to holistic education, ensuring that learning remains a joyful, creative, and life-enriching journey.
