Two women die as car hits motorbike

NAWABSHAH: Two women were killed and two other persons were injured when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a speeding car near Daur town of Benazirabad district along Mehran Highway on Sunday.

The women, identified later as Jameela and Kazbano, died on the spot. The injured victims were identified as Rabail and Aslam.

The car driver managed to escape from the site, the area police said.

The bodies were taken to the Daur Taluka Hospital for a postmortem examination. The injured were being provided treatment at the same hospital.
