Iran's parliament speaker says 'new equation' for Strait of Hormuz 'in the process of being solidified'

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf has said that a “new equation in the Strait of Hormuz is in the process of being solidified”.

“The security of shipping and energy transit has been jeopardised by the United States and its allies through the violation of the ceasefire and the imposition of a blockade,” he said on the social media platform X.
