Iran’s Nour News and Mehr news agency have reported that air defence batteries had been activated in parts of Tehran, without giving details on the cause or reporting any incidents, according to Al Jazeera.
The primary reason for governance failure in Pakistan is not the geographical size of the existing provinces but the reluctance of provincial capitals to empower local bodies.
