The Cabinet Division has released a notification mandating that government staff based in Islamabad’s Red Zone work from home on April 23 (Thursday).
The order applies to all ministries, divisions and federal government offices in the area.
“All officers and secretarial staff shall remain at the station and be prepared to attend office when required at a short notice,” the notification reads.
