An Israeli drone strike has killed one person in southern Lebanon on the first full day of a US-brokered truce meant to end hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah, paramedics in the area and the head of a local hospital tell Reuters.
The reports of the strike came in minutes after US President Donald Trump said the United States had barred Israel from further bombing in Lebanon.
