US-Iran talks expected soon, peace in Lebanon essential: FO

The US and Iran are willing to hold talks again soon, Al Jazeera quotes the FO spokesperson as saying.

He added that Lebanon remains part of the two-week ceasefire currently in effect.

“Peace in Lebanon is essential for peace talks,” the official said.
