European Council President Antonio Costa says the European Union is “a reliable and predictable partner for the Gulf”.
In a social media post, he said: “We are here to support the region’s stability and security. We want to make our cooperation deeper and stronger. And this is also the message I heard from all the leaders I met this week.”
