Paying tribute to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, the premier has said that their “acumen and foresight brought this war to a halt”.
“The field marshal and his team stayed up for entire nights. There were many instances when we resolved issues when the situation escalated,” Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says.
