Asked about strikes on Iran’s infrastructure, US President Donald Trump has said the Iranian people would be “willing to suffer” attacks to have freedom.
“We’ve had numerous intercepts, ‘Please keep bombing’, he says. “And these are people that are living near where the bombs are exploding. And when we leave, and we’re not hitting those areas, they say, ‘please come back’.
“I don’t know what they do, all I can tell you is that they want freedom.”
