The New York Times reports that the US is sending more air power to the Middle East, doubling the number of A-10 Thunderbolt-II attack jets in theatre, according to Al Jazeera.
The A-10 is an aircraft that can used to provide air support to ground troops.
Israel is the biggest source of instability in the Middle East, and it is high time the US ended its blind support to Tel Aviv, if it genuinely wants peace in the region.
