The Pentagon has said a Financial Times report that US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth’s broker had attempted make a big investment in major defence companies before the US-Israeli attack on Iran was incorrect and demanded a retraction.
“This allegation is entirely false and fabricated,” chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said on X.
