PM Starmer ‘putting British lives in danger’: Iran’s Araghchi

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that by allowing the US to use UK bases to carry out military operations, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is “putting British lives in danger”, warning that Tehran will “exercise its right to self-defence”.

“[The] vast majority of the British People do not want any part in the Israel-US war of choice on Iran,” Araghchi has said on X.
