SIALKOT, June 22: The district government has declared another 23 private housing schemes illegal and issued the final show-cause notices to their owners.
This was claimed by DCO Rizwanullah Baig while talking to journalists here on Thursday. He said these (private) housing schemes had failed to meet the lawful criteria and, therefore, been issued show-cause notices.
The district administration has directed the Tehsil Municipal Administration to take stern action against the owners of these schemes.
Earlier, the Sialkot TMA had declared 37 private housing schemes illegal.
