KARACHI: BSc results declared

KARACHI, June 21: The University of Karachi on Wednesday announced the results of BSc (Pass) Part-II and both parts, annual examination 2005.

Hira Naz, Fatima Ali Raza and Sadia Abdul Qadir, all of the DHA Degree College for Women, grabbed the top three positions respectively.

Some 4,210 candidates were registered for the exams and 3,997 appeared with as many as 637 candidates passing in first division, 1,087 in second division and 60 candidates in third division. The overall pass percentage was 44.63.

BDS results: The university also announced the results of Second and Third Professional BDS Annual Examinations 2006.

In the BDS Second Prof exams, Anny Jaffery Ali, seat no 46124, stood first; Sana Barkat, seat no 46142, stood second; and Faiza Malik, seat no 46442, stood third.

In the BDS Third Prof exams, Aaisha Muzaffar, seat no 47337, stood first; Ahmed Arsalan, seat no 47302, stood second; and Shoaib Ahmed, seat no 47003, stood third.—PPI
