Son Joseph School dominate

KARACHI, June 19: Son Joseph Primary School reigned supreme when they won four bouts in the fourth School Boys Weekly boxing competition at Young Fishermen’s Sports Centre on Sunday.

It was participated by 30 boxers from 14 schools. The series is being organized to promote boxing in the city.

20kg: Asif (GBPS Tekri) bt Aman Lal (GBPS Younusabad) 3-0.

22kg: Jabbar Saleem (Son Joseph Primary School) bt Zaheer (GBPS Tekri) 3-0.

24kg: Zahid Baloch (Pak Bolan) bt Adnan (GBPS Younusabad) 3-0.

26kg: Abdul Rahman (Jalal Memorial) bt Shoaib (Pak Bolan) 2-1.

28kg: Junaid (National Children) bt Mohammad Ali (Faran Public) 3-0.

30kg: Sajid (Son Joseph Primary School) bt Raheel (Shema School) 3-0.

32kg: Naeem (PMA High School) bt Faqira (Ibraheem Ali Bhai School) bt 2-1.

34kg: Sheharyar Shah (PMS High School) bt Bisham (K.S. Ali Dina School) 3-0.

36kg: Nek Dad (Son Joseph Primary School) bt Azam (Masroor Academy) 2-1.

38kg: Waheed (GBSS Tekri) bt Saeed (Son Joseph Primary School) 3-0.

40kg: Abdul Hameed (GBPS Younusabad) bt Abdul Wahab (GBPS Tekri) 3-0.

48kg: Majid Moosa (Son Joseph Primary School) bt Sajid Gul (K.S. Ali Dina School) 2-1.

51kg: Habibullah (K.S. Ali Dina School) bt Abdul Razzaq (K.S. Ali Dina School) 3-0.
