Iranian missiles targeting Saudi base near Riyadh intercepted

Iranian missiles targeting an air base near the Saudi capital of Riyadh have been intercepted, a Gulf source briefed on the matter told AFP.

“Iranian missiles targeting Prince Sultan Air Base were intercepted again on Monday morning,” said the source.

Two witnesses also told AFP they heard explosions over the city of Kharj, southeast of Riyadh.
