The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation’s General Secretariat has strongly condemned and denounced Iran’s targetting of member states — United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan — with ballistic missiles.
It stated that the “unacceptable escalation” was a threat to stability in the region and carried “serious repercussions” on security and peace.
The OIC further called for the immediate cessation of escalatory actions, restraint and a return to the dialogue table.
