Residential buildings were targeted in Manama, the interior ministry has said, as Iran launched strikes across the oil-rich Gulf in retaliation for US and Israeli attacks, AFP reports.
“Several residential buildings in Manama were targeted. Civil Defence continues with firefighting and rescue operations at the affected sites,” the ministry said in a statement.
