Naseem Shah came into the attack for his first over of the tournament. His first delivery went straight to the fielder, followed by a slow delivery towards the leg side which was called a wide.

The second legitimate delivery was hit straight up in the air by Nissanka but landed safely and was picked off the ropes by Shaheen.

The third delivery was again a slower delivery towards the off side, with Nissanka only managing to hit it with the toe end of the bat and ending up giving an easy catch to Nawaz in the ring.

Charith Asalanka is the new man in. He blocked the first delivery, before taking a single off the next.

The last ball ended with a single.
