Police triumph in softball

ISLAMABAD, June 18: Police romped to a 7-4 victory over Sindh on the third day of the inaugural National softball championship on Sunday.

By virtue of their win, Police topped Group B.

In another match Army downed the Higher Education Commission (HEC) 7-2.

The semifinals of the event are scheduled to be played on Monday with Police taking on the HEC and Sindh up against Army.
