Dushmantha Chameera came back into the attack and almost claimed the wicket of Shadab Khan off the first delivery, but the ball had pitched outside the leg stump so was denied the LBW review.

Shadab then struck the second delivery for a four towards the off side.

A yorker on the third delivery was guided by Shadab towards the leg side for a single. Chameera then bowled a wide towards the off side to welcome Sahibzada to the strike.

A full toss to Sahibzada got dispatched for a four towards long-off, with mid-off up in the circle.

He then tried to get a double to get to his 100 but could only manage a single.

Shadab then struck the ball towards the square leg boundary and was stopped in the deep. The batsmen tried to sneak in a double but Shadab was run out on the striker’s end.
