ISLAMABAD: Unity among labour organizations is the need of the hour for solution of common problems being confronted by workers.

This was stated by CDA Mazdoor Union CBA General Secretary Chaudhary Mohammad Yasin. Mr Yasin along with his cabinet members and General Secretary Pakistan Worker Federation Asad Mehmood extended best wishes to newly elected body of Employees Union Dawn Islamabad (EUDI).

He said that that representing the working class was a big responsibility and he is confident that the new leadership will play an effective role in protecting the rights of workers, improving the institution and promoting mutual harmony. Unopposed elections at Dawn is a proof that the union members have complete confidence in their leadership and this confidence is both an honor and a responsibility for the newly elected office bearers which they will discharge with honesty and sincerity,” he said.

Newly elected President EUDI Asadullah Malik, General Secretary Kashif Ali Abbasi, Information Secretary Tariq Hassan and others appreciated services of Mr Yasin for workers and trade unions and stated that they would work together for betterment of employees.
