KARACHI, June 11: Sindh IGP Jahangir Mirza has issued directives to Capital City Police Officer and Additional IG Sindh Special Brach to ensure stringent security steps regarding safety of foreign delegates and other participants of the “7th SAARC Trade Exhibition”, which would be held here at the Expo Centre from June 16 to 18.

He directed the officials to make further improve communication network of police officers so that security around the vicinity of Expo Centre, hotels and passage routes of foreign delegates could be made flawless.

To ensure smooth flow of traffic during the exhibition, he directed DIG Traffic to take steps for setting up alternative routes so that foreign delegates and citizens might not face any difficulty.—PPI
