LAHORE, June 8: The Lahore High Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a petition seeking closure of Ittefaq Textile Mills for June 28 as the reply was not submitted by respondents.

The counsel for the mills, Ali Sibtain Fazli, also sent a request for an adjournment.

The petition, filed by additional registrar companies, submitted that mills did not fulfil requirements of Company Laws made by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and it should be closed.
