In the first phase, the MTM will set up stalls in all educational institutions and public places and seek public opinion (on the issues).

In the second phase on June 4, he said, the MTM would seek opinion from politicians, lawyers, doctors, journalists, teachers and other professionals. In the third phase on June 5, the MTM would hold referendum in the Punjab University. He said the referendum would be held in all big cities of the province.
