Lahore PML polls on 25th

LAHORE, May 31: The elections of the Lahore chapter of the ruling PML will be held on June 25. This was decided at a meeting held under the chairmanship of Lahore chapter president Mian Muhammad Munir.

Mian Amir Mehmud, Mian Abdus sattar, Rana Riaz, Mian Akhlaq and Sohail Mehmud Butt were among the participants. There are indications that Mian Munir will be retained as the Lahore organisation head because of his performance.

The secretary-general is also expected to be retained.
