KARACHI: BA-I results declared

KARACHI, May 31: The University of Karachi on Wednesday announced the result of BA Part-I (regular, external and BOL) Annual Examinations 2005.

A total of 16,563 candidates registered for the exams, 15,840 appeared and only 6,486 were declared pass with an overall pass percentage of 40.95.

In the BA Part-I (Regular) Annual Examinations 2005, some 8,454 candidates registered, 8,209 appeared and only 3,903 were declared pass.

In the BA Part-I (External) exams 2005, out of 8,109 registered candidates 7,631 appeared and 2,583 were declared successful.

The results of 393 candidates were withheld for incomplete enrolment and registration.—PPI
