The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has warned of heavy rain in the flood-affected districts of Punjab, with showers expected in parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad and Kashmir as well.
The just solution lies in India addressing the issue through a trilateral dialogue involving the legitimate representatives of the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.
