The spillways of Rawal Dam have been opened as the reservoir levels rose following “continuous rains in the federal capital”, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon says.
The just solution lies in India addressing the issue through a trilateral dialogue involving the legitimate representatives of the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.
