Pakistan’s 19th aid shipment for the Gaza Strip has landed in Egypt, state broadcaster PTV News reports.
“On the special directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in collaboration with Al-Khidmat Foundation dispatched [a] humanitarian and relief consignment for the brotherly people of [the] Gaza Strip,” the broadcaster wrote in a post on X.
According to PTV News, a chartered aircraft from Pakistan carrying 100 tonnes of relief supplies landed at El-Arish International Airport. Officials from the Pakistani Embassy received the relief consignment, handing it over to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society for onward dispatch to the Gaza Strip.
