Kamil to visit Karachi on 28th

LAHORE, May 21: The chief election commissioner of the PML, Kamil Ali Agha, accompanied by his deputy Iqbal Dar, will be visiting Karachi on May 28 and 29 to make arrangements for party elections.

They will be going to Quetta on May 30 and Peshawar on May 31. Thereafter, they will be visiting Lahore, though a date has not so far been set.

It is said Agha and Dar will appoint provincial election commissioners and give a schedule for each province during these visits.

By July 15, the list of the central general council will be ready after which the central office-bearers will be elected by Aug 12.

PPP: The PPP is starting its membership campaign in Balochistan on Monday.

Party’s chief election commissioner Sajjad Bukhari has reached Quetta for the purpose.
