KARACHI, May 19: MPA Faisal Sabzwari kicked off construction of roads worth Rs.7 million in UC-9 of the Gulshan-i-Iqbal Town on Friday. The construction would be completed within 15 days.

Faisal Sabzwari said better provision of water, sewerage, cleanliness and free flow of public transport were the top-most priorities of the present government, for which local administration of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town was doing its best.

He said a number of encroachments were removed from the town and a lots of initiatives aimed at providing relief to the common people were being taken.

He hoped that upcoming budget of the town would be used for the development projects.He applauded the efforts of the town administration and said the Town Nazim, Wasay Jalil, had taken a number of milestone initiatives for solving peoples' problems at their doorstep.--PPI
