International news organisations must be allowed to report independently on Gaza, the UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) said, Al Jazeera reports.
In a post on social media, UNRWA said atrocities against civilians in the enclave have continued for more than 660 days and blocking international media from Gaza “fuels disinformation and deepens the dehumanisation of the Palestinian people”.
Israel’s “ban must be lifted”, the agency said.
