The Israeli army says its 98th division has ended its activities in the northern Gaza Strip and is now preparing for additional tasks, Al Jazeera reports.
As part of its operation in the north, Israeli troops operated in Gaza City’s Shujayea and Zeitoun neighbourhoods above and below the ground, it said.
The military claims to have destroyed more than 1,500 “terrorist infrastructures” and killed dozens of armed groups’ fighters.
