QUETTA: Koh-i-Sultan Mining Company, with support from the Metallurgical Corporation of China, conducted a one-day technical training session aimed at enhancing the skills of Pakistani electricians working at the Siah Dik mining site in Chagai district.

The training program was structured to build the technical capacity of local employees through hands-on learning, a one-month crash course of classroom instruction, and a series of skill-based assessments.

The objective was not only to improve on-site performance but also to broaden the career prospects of local workers in both the regional and national job markets.
