The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem has issued a statement confirming that the Holy Family Church in Gaza was hit by a military raid this morning, Al Jazeera reports.

“Currently, there are no fatalities confirmed,” the statement said, adding that several people, including parish priest Gabriel Romanelli, were injured.

“The Patriarchate will provide additional details upon their confirmation,” it said.
