LAHORE: The third round of negotiations regarding the suspension of 26 opposition members of the Punjab Assembly is scheduled for Thursday (today).

According to a notification issued by the assembly secretariat on Wednesday, the 19-member negotiating committee will hold its third session of talks at 4pm.

The committee members include Finance Minister Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Health Minister Salman Rafique, Samiullah Khan, Rana Arshad, Industry Minister Chaudhry Shafey, Syed Ali Haider Gilani, Chaudhry Iftikhar Chachar, Rahela Khadim Hussain, Amjad Ali Javed, Ahmed Iqbal and Shoaib Siddiqui from the treasury benches. The PTI will be represented by Opposition Leader Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar, Ijaz Shafi, Moin Riaz, Rana Shahbaz and Ali Imtiaz Warraich.
