At least 51 Palestinians have been killed across the Gaza Strip since dawn, including 21 aid seekers, medical sources have told Al Jazeera.

The aid seekers were killed in the latest mass casualty incident at a US and Israel-backed GHF aid distribution centre in southern Gaza. Most of the victims were reported to have died in a stampede.
