LAHORE: The inter-division phase of the Chief Minister Punjab Summer Games continued at Nishtar Park Sports Complex on Friday, featuring spirited contests across kabaddi, hockey, volleyball and badminton.

In kabaddi, Dera Ghazi Khan defeated Multan 49-31, while Gujranwala outclassed Rawalpindi 59-30.

In boys’ hockey, Multan thrashed Dera Ghazi Khan 9-0, and Gujranwala secured a 4-2 win over Rawalpindi. On the girls’ side, Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan played a goalless draw, while Rawalpindi beat Gujranwala 3-0.

In volleyball, Dera Ghazi Khan beat Multan 2-0 with set scores of 25-13 and 25-18. Gujranwala defeated Rawalpindi 2-0, with identical set scores of 25-19.
