The Indian army targeted water resources in its airstrikes on Pakistan last night by shelling the Neelum-Jhelum Hydro Project, PTV reports.
It stated that the intake structure on the Neelum River, near the Nausiri Dam, was attacked at 2am. As a result, intake gates located at the desanders unit and an ambulance were damaged.
PTV quoted security sources as saying that targeting sensitive sites like water resources was a clear violation of international norms.
