LAHORE, May 4: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will participate in five international contests this year. Pakistan will defend the 10th South Asian Games title to be held in Colombo from Aug 17 to 27. The national camp for the event begins in Islamabad from June 9.

They will face Oman in the 14th Asian Cup qualifiers to be held at Quetta on Aug 16.

Army will represent Pakistan in the 2nd AFC president Cup in Malaysia from May 10 to 21.

The women will make a debut in the futsul championship at Amman, Jordan from May 11 to 18 for which the camp is already in progress in Lahore.

At domestic level, the 3rd Pakistan Premier league begins from Aug 1 and will conclude on Dec 31. The third PFF league is scheduled for July 1 to Sept 20. The 3rd division league will be staged in Lahore from June 9 to 15.

The 2nd national junior champion will be held in Lahore from May 25 to June 6. Wohaib Club is the host while the 5th national U-16 championship in NWFP from June 20 to 28.
