Palestinian agency Wafa reports a number of incursions and arrests of Palestinians by soldiers that took place in the early hours.

A Palestinian man was arrested in Beitunia, west of Ramallah, after Israeli troops raided the city, while Israeli forces also stormed the centre of Ramallah.

Four Palestinian men were arrested in Nablus after Israeli forces raided the city, as well as the nearby village of Sarra and the city of Beit Furik.

Israeli forces have also raided the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, and established a military position there.
