Fresh polling ordered in UC Ginna

QUETTA, April 20: A two-judge bench of Balochistan High Court has directed the chief election commissioner to hold fresh polling for nazim and naib nazim of union council Ginna in Kech district.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani on Thursday accepted the plea of the petitioners and set aside the verdict of the district returning officer in Panjgur.
