NAROWAL: Three persons were killed and a woman was injured in firing by their rivals over an old enmity in Sialkot.

According to the spokesperson for district police, there was a fight between two groups in Qila Tek Singh area of tehsil Daska.

Both groups started firing with automatic weapons at each other. As a result, 33-year-old Zahid Cheema, 26-year-old Ali Hassan, 23-year-old Mohsin Iqbal and 18-year-old Nadia Bibi were seriously injured. After the firing, the suspect fled while brandishing their weapons.

Zahid Cheema, Ali Hassan and Mohsin Iqbal died on the spot while rescuers provided the injured Nadia Bibi with first aid and shifted her to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Daska.

District Police Officer Faisal Shahzad reached the spot and constituted a team, headed by SP investigation, to look into the matter.

The Police Station Bombanwala shifted the bodies to THQ Hospital Daska for post-mortem.
