QUETTA: Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the governor of Tabuk, landed in Dalbandin on a special plane on Tuesday.

During his month-long stay in Dalbandin, the Saudi prince and his team will hunt houbara bustard in the area reserved for the royal family.

The royal family member was received at the airport by provincial ministers Mir Sadiq Umrani and Mir Asim Kurd Gello and other officials

A police contingent presented a guard of honour to the Saudi royal guest.

During a brief conversation with the ministers, government officials, and local dignitaries, Prince Aziz appreciated the strong and everlasting Pakistan-Saudi relations. He said that Dalbandin and Chagai felt like his second home, praising the hospitality of the local people and expressing his deep affection for them.

Following his reception, the prince proceeded in a large convoy to his hunting grounds located in the desert area of Bartagazi, where he will hunt houbara bustards.
